Wrong tube ?

Hi Everyone,

I just did all the checks and all worked oddly when powering up only one channel worked. When I checked the one 12AT7 was not coming on. I suspected wiring but then swopped the tubes and the other channel worked fine.

Upon closer inspection the one tube says "12DT8" and the other says "12AT7" so I suspect the wrong tube was sent ?

I emailed the replacement email address but was thinking ill try some tubes from ebay would "12AT7EH" tubes work ?

Man, that's a weird one! Sorry about that. Have no clue how it got in your kit. I didn't even know we had any 12DT8s around here. We are sending out a replacement.

Much appreciated... yeah they look identical but looks like the plate voltages are different.
