Crack with Speedball Tube Sparks and LED flickers [resolved]

Hello!

Today I noticed my crack being sensitive to desk vibrations. Thought something was off, and saw one of the 220 uF capacitors (on 20 and 21) had bad solder when I was looking under the hood. I beefed up this connection, as well as a few others I thought could be improved on the PT. I did a resistance check just in case before turning it on and everything checked out. After turning it on, LEDs and tubes were glowing fine.

Brought it back to my desk, and when I turned it on the 6080 sent out a white spark. I immediately turned it off and went back to resistance check again, everything seemed good. I then went to voltage check, and when I turned it on the LEDs were all flickering in sync with each other fairly rapidly.

Was the tube bad? I ordered a replacement tube, but otherwise don’t know how to proceed.

Thanks

What are the DC voltages on terminals 1-10?

The solder joints I am seeing have not been heated enough, and the solder hasn't flowed out all the way.

Awesome, thanks for the help again Paul. I went over every solder joint that didn’t look up to par and everything is back to normal.
