Yes, I’m missing that wire. I used the cat 5 cable. I just got to the Raw B+ voltage test and had a reading of (-330vdc). Rereading and tracing Caps and resistors.You should have CAT5 cable in your kit that is used for the input wiring, as well as a smaller black cable that's a shielded twisted pair cable that is used for the heater wiring.

My apologies. After going through everything that came in the kit, cleaning up my bench and sorting through what was left over I found the wire. Embarrassed for sure. I’ll change out the Cat5 cable but am I right in my thinking that I’ll need more Cat5 cable after I used portions of the delivered cable for future installation?
