Troubleshooting Help [resolved]

Hello, I have a bottle head crack that has worked fine for years but then I had to put it away for a while and I recently got it back out and turned it on and there was no sound. Both tubes lit up (Both sides of the smaller tube lit up too)

I did a resistance check, failed, and since I already turned on the amp with insufficient resistance, I figured I’d go ahead and do the voltage test. The following are my results for resistance and voltage

Voltage
1) 1.16
2) 1.16
3) 0
4) 1.16
5)1.16
6) 0
7) 0
8 ) 0
9) 0
10) 0

Resistance
3) .1
8 ) .1
12) .2
14) .2
20) .1
22) .2
Ground .1

Everything else did not get a reading. My multi-meter beeps when there is a connection but it did not beep for 1,2,4,5,6,7,9,10,13, RCA Centers, B3, B6

My goal is to get it back up and running so I can install a speedball kit so any insight would be greatly appreciated! Thank You!

When I measured a 9v it read 9.23. I rechecked and I'm just realizing that the 1.16 for 1, 2, 4, & 5 is a negative, so my multimeter is showing -1.16 for those. I went ahead and reflowed a few joints that I thought looked suspect and retested voltage. Nothing changed significantly except now 7 & 9 have a reading of -1.2.  Photos should be attached. Let me know if you need a specific area/angle and i'll be happy to get them uploaded. Really appreciate you taking the time to help me!

The black wire leaving power transformer terminal 12 doesn't look to be well soldered.

I'd just reflow all the joints in the kit except the power switch and where the LEDs mount, as that may be the quickest way to ensure you're not chasing cold joints.

Finally got a chance to reflow everything. Surprise surprise, that did the trick. I probably should have done that before posting, but thank you for taking the time to help me with this!
