Okay I reflowed every joint with 60/40. Powered it on and I’m still getting the same abnormal readings.
I had it working. Now it’s not.

Okay. I’ll order a five pack. Would the abnormal voltage readings be related to the broken LED? How can I place the order?
You will not get the correct voltages if one of the LEDs on the 9 pin socket has been broken. You should not turn the amp back on until this is fixed.

I replaced the broken LED from the center pin to A3 and at first I got all the same abnormal readings. So I tried out different tubes. And this is what I got.

Those are working voltages. Do be aware that putting a different tube in will move a bunch of connections around in the process of pulling the old tube and inserting the new one, so if you're battling an intermittent connection, the issue may randomly return.

Two of the LEDs on the big board still dont light up. The two on the right side of looking at the underside with the front of the amp towards me.
What are the OA and OB voltages on the big PC board? Can you post a picture of the bottom of that PC board?

That board needs to be reflowed with high heat and leaded solder.
