I had it working. Now it’s not.

Okay. I built the stock crack. It worked. Then added speedball. It still worked. Then after a while I upgraded the caps to Audyn 100uF 400v caps. And it worked great. Then I installed a C-7x triad choke. And it still worked. Then I upgraded the wiring from the input rca cables to the volume pot from stock wiring to Mogami cable. That worked.

Then I upgraded the pot to 2P 23 Step DALE Attenuator Volume Pot Stereo Potentiometer 100K. That’s when I hit the first snag. The right channel was gone - no sound. I check all my connections. Couldn’t get it to work. Then as I was poking around with a wooden stick something popped and a small amount of smoke came from the choke (I think. Might have been the psu.) the left channel was now even quieter and my voltage are all off:

IA/IB - 200v
OA/OB - 200v
B-AB - 0v

I out in new transistors in the small board thinking I blew one of them. But I still have the same issue. I went back to the stock pot. That didn’t fix it either.

I’ve reflowed everything. I’m not sure what to do now.

Yes the tubes glow. But only the right two LEDs on the small board (look at it from the front) and the left two LEDs on the big board are glowing.

The two LEDs on the small tube socket are working.

It would help to know what the DC voltages are at A3 and A8.
