HV mistake

Hi to all.
I received a Moreplay with this mistake, the owned say that was a little smoke before he turn the power off.
after put the cables in place and power up its sound normal to me, check some components and everything look and smell normal. What could suffer the major impact and what part you guys recommend to replace? following the diagram maybe the Zener diodes?

Yes, and seems ok, nothing out of tolerance.

If the voltages are good, I wouldn't be too worried about going in and replacing parts.
