Failed Voltage Test

I failed the voltage test. 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, and 10 were correct the others werent. 2 and 4 were between 226 - 229 V DC when there supposed to be 170, 7 and 9 read 0. My wall read 120V, so i wired it to 120. Whats my issue?

Does the 6080 glow?

The voltages tell us the 6080 isn't drawing any current. This can happen if the green wires landing at B7/B8 aren't well soldered, but reasons beyond that to cause both halves to not operate are a bit more elusive.

I can see green insulation on your kit that has melted around the through holes on the octal socket, so I suspect that the 12AU7 is glowing and the 6080 is not.

Its not glowing. Do you mean this part of the wire? Do I need to take it off and use the rest of the braided green cable?

No, you need to heat the joints up at B7/B8 to burn off the wire jacks that's filling up the holes in the tube socket pins. Once those wires that land at B7 and B8 actually make good contact with B7 and B8, your 6080 will start to glow and your voltages will settle to where they are supposed to be.

Also the are the bottom holes of the 8 pin necessary to be open? When I solder on B5 the solder immediately drops to the bottom hole no matter where I hold the iron, so both holes are covered. I've been trying to remove it for hours but i cant get it.

No, you're making this waaaaay too complicated. There are green wires going to B7/B8. These wires are currently soldered together and allowing the 12AU7 to light up, but they have not been well enough soldered to actually make contact with tube socket pins B7 and B8. You need to reflow these joints and be sure that all four wires are well connected to the octal socket tube pins. You can ignore all of the other terminals on the octal socket until the 6080 is glowing.

I reheated every joint, but nothing changed, so I tried cutting some of the green plastic off. One of them broke, so I redid the entire green section. I passed the resistance test, but now nothing lights up. Is it the fuse?

I bought a two pack and both blew immediately. After the first and second blew I tried resoldering some shady joints, but the third blew anyway. Before the first fuse blew i tried to resolder after a failed voltage test and sparks flew. I unplugged it from the wall before soldering, but I guess I didn't give it enough time. What do I do now?

Disconnect the red wire from terminal 11 on the power transformer and attempt to power up the amp, then verify that both tubes are glowing.

No glowing on both tubes, but I did see i placed the two resistors on the headphone jack backwards. I resoldered them. I tried resoldering some more random stuff then redid the resistance and voltage test, failed the voltage nothing glowed again, and the fuse blew again. I saw I had the red wire in 18 by mistake put it back in 19. Nothing happened.
