6J5 in Foreplay 2?

Can the 6J5 tube be used in the Foreplay 2?

You would need four of them, and the sockets are octal, so it would not fit on the stock chassis plate, but it would work in the circuit. It needs twice the heater current, so a new power transformer would also be needed. It's half of a 6SN7.
