White noise from Crack

Hello,

I made a Crack with Speedball and upgrades for someone a few months ago. After testing the voltages, I ran it for a few days to make sure it was good to go. It arrived safely in their country and was working fine. They recently moved to a new place but since then it started making white noise. They've tried everything they could to fix it including resoldering nearly every terminal and replacing the tubes. The noise has not changed since.

Any suggestions on what they can do to get it working good again?

This is likely related to the environment the amp is in. They may need to move it a little further away from WiFi capable devices.
