Voltage Check Terminal 6 and 26 [resolved]

SEX 4 kit. Resistance check went fine. All voltages checked out as well EXCEPT terminal 6 and terminal 26. Terminal 6 is dancing between 145 and 160 MV and terminal 26 is dancing around 240.

Are you sure terminal 26 is that high? I'd suspect they are both around 240mV, which is 0.24V, and that's adequately close to 0V.

I apologize. Both are mV. So that is low enough to be going on with, right? I was reading the meter wrong.

Yes, provided there is a leading zero, a little bit of DC voltage appearing there isn't all that concerning. (240V there would be very concerning though)
