Strapped stereo Kaiju?

Is there any chance of a strapped (16 watt) stereo kaiju?

When you strap a Kaiju for 16 watts you are combining the two 8 watt channels into one channel. Thus the amp becomes a monoblock. So you need two Kaijus for stereo if you run them strapped.

If you do this, do you need matched pairs of tubes in the Kaijus per monoblock?

No, you don't need matched pairs in a Kaiju strapped monobloc. There is much less interaction between the tubes than in a comparable paralleled configuration.

This applies to Sterreomour and S.E.X. as well. The reason is that the tubes operate in series, and it only works with triodes.
