Resistance check failure on B3

Every terminal has passed the resistance checks besides B3 which just read OL. Any help is appreciated thank you.

You appear to be missing the wire that connects to B3.

Hey soldered that wire in place and now I’m getting readings of -0.1 volts on all points that have voltage values and no led light up
