I remember that one.  Well, from pictures anyway. 

The bases match the side board, is that what they are sitting on?

Yes, it is a breakfront, but in the living room. It is filled with pictures...lots of pictures.
 
I still have plans to build a sand box like yours for my table one day.  I just have to find the right wood at the local lumber place.

ward --thats nice--chrome or polished aluminum?---i like the stackable seduction option--the wood and high polished top mixed really make a nice display of the bottlehead industrial look --i just built a all wood chassis which i know you have seen --but the bottlehead look dressed up with that high polish --well its a bottlehead in a tuxedo

Those are stock chassis plates that were hand block sanded and polished to a mirror shine. It is a labor intensive process. When it came time to build my SEX amp, I had it chromed.
