We have received other Smash orders, so I'm not sure what might be the problem. I can see your order in our database, so it may have gone through OK. I will ask our IT guy to look at it.

Glad to hear it went through.  It kept hanging on what looked like the final page to submit the payment information.

Dave, Eileen will be contacting you. The order goes through a PCI compliant service that is extra secure and because of that it's outside of our administration. For some reason it seems to have hiccuped on a couple orders yesterday. Eileen will get your order taken care of.
