Wanted to share my finished crack picture with all of you since the others inspired me through the
whole building process. Really fun, quick build. The soldering part took a day and a half and the box build took an additional day.
I bought the wood inlay banding from a guy on Ebay. It's apparently about 100 years old from a factory in
Europe which closed down in the 1930's. All I had to do was route out the space to glue it in, sand and finish.
The instructions the came with the kit were easy to follow. The sound is incredible, just as everyone
else has said.
