Left Channel is slightly louder than the Right [resolved]

I Just tested the voltage on 33 and 37 again with Both Tubes installed.

I got 5.7 on both terminals. on Terminal 33 if I touched the middle of the terminal I get  00, but if I moved towards the top and bottom of the terminal I got 5.7. I checked again as the tube heated up a bit, and it was more 5.8 and 5.7 fluctuating

I would go ahead and do the low level AC signal measurements mentioned earlier in this thread.

I am playing an albums right now to test. It is NOT distorted, it sounds great . I am thinking maybe when I re flowed I knocked the 22 ohm resistor out of wack. I noticed  terminal 38 was not touching the terminal tightly, so I fixed it. The Balance seems proper now as well. So I think I am all good. If you don't hear from me it is a good thing.

I really, really appreciate all your help with this , I would have been lost without your service. I am thinking about upgrading and getting the C4S kit to go along with my reduction. If things go bad with that you may see another post from me.

I'm glad you got it sorted.  A lot of issues like this boil down to either flaky solder joints or weird hardware issues (sometimes both).
