I failed in downloading the manual and realized it was one-time-only after...

I messaged Bottlehead on FB few days ago but they have yet replied. It is completely understandable considering the overwhelming number of inquiry they must have received during BlackFriday period.  That's also why I attempted to resolve without them, hoping to relieve their workload a little bit.
Nevertheless, if it is copyrighted, I'd better contact them again.

Facebook is probably the worst way to contact.

In the instance of manual download issues, "them" is me. I need a way to find the order, either the name it was made under, or the order number. If you can't provide a some level of detail, I can't find your order.

I saw your email and gave it a try again. Sorry that I failed to download,once again.

Details of the failure included in the email replied.

I am almost embarrassed...for screwing twice in such a simple task.
