My S.E.X. 2.1 with newly acquired Caramelized Bamboo base.  Top plate has been anodized black and knob has been replaced with a slimmer metal one.  Only mods are and Apls Blue velvet pot and impedance switches.

Looks really nice!  I just received my Carmelized bases as well.  Hope to have at least something built this weekend.

Funny, I thought Black And Tan and I had hoped someone would tell me how to pour one.  (Guinness Stout and some ale).  I drank a lot of them in the 70s and never got them to layer.

Sometimes things work out beautifully. I really love bamboo and think that it is underused. It is just the coolest thing when things come together.

Glad to see it's all finished and working -- that sounds like an interesting color scheme.  Nice job on repairing the impedance switch boards too!
