Did the entire crack build and speedball upgrade in a day. Everything went perfectly up until the final voltage test. B+ was 130V rather than the 170-195 that is expected. Additionally the LED closest to the "Top" printed on the PCB is not lighting up and the one adjacent to it is lighting up halfway. Any ideas?
