B+ after the glow test

On page 74, it writes: "Unplug the power cord and do not continue with the build until all the B+ terminals have dropped below 50V. This may take several minutes.". To check B+ terminals, the chassis has to be turned downside up which I am not very willing to do. So the "several minutes" here is the same "8+ minutes" in the Power Supply Testing, right ? So one should wait ~10 minutes at least.
 
It's understandable to wish to avoid exposing the wiring while there might be still some dangerous voltages inside. But do understand that, if there is a bad solder joint or miswiring on the bleed-down resistor it could hold the charge for many hours - that's why you should always measure as well as count the minutes.

Most of the weight is in the transformers topside, so if you them as handles you're pretty safe.
