A few picks of the C2A build that was finished this morning. The manual was easy to follow and it tested correctly the first time around (always a plus). It’s a stock build minus the film caps (which I installed after testing with the electrolytics). The base is finished with Tried and True (thanks PB) and it completes the study system.
From the first track I was impressed by the sound of the C2A, so much so I pulled the Kaiju out and will use the C2A with the HD800’s. This is actually the first time I’ve listened to the Crack circuit in any form. Not sure why I’ve avoided it for over a decade but I regret it now. This is a fantastic sounding circuit and I now understand what all the fuss is about.
