6SN7 to 12AU7 Vacuum tube adapter socket converter - question

Hello fellow Bottleheads,

I am planning on buying a set of tube adapters for 6SN7 tubes...  the seller is asking what heater, 6.3V or 12V.  Which one should I go with?
