I turned on my stereomour II and immediately saw arcing in the left 2A3 tube and loud feedback/crackling out of the left speaker. I built and have owned this amp for a couple years with no issues. Is this just a tube failure? Wanted to reach out to the community prior to ordering a new tube. I did read a similar post that seems to indicate that this is the case. Just being cautious. Thanks for any feedback.

It could indeed be a tube problem. The best course of action is to replace the tube and check the DC voltages on that specific tube socket to ensure all is well.
