Since I bought a used one, I don't have the passcode to download document, is there other way I can get one? Thanks.

You can contact replacementparts(at)bottlehead(dot)com about ordering a replacement manual.  I would also recommend contacting the seller of your amplifier to ask if they have the manual and can provide it to you.
