Well that year sucked...

So speaking for myself, I spent a sizable chunk of last year either un- or under-employed, so that had an impact on my record buying habit.
The last time I was in a record store was February 10.
For the first time since I was in middle school, I did not attend a single concert in a calendar year, so there are absolutely no merch table purchases on my list.

The bulk of my purchases were through Bandcamp, especially on Bandcamp Fridays. Starting back in March, Bandcamp decided to waive its fees on the first Friday of each month, so that more money would go directly to the artists. In other words, they really are the anti-Spotify... So a lot of what I bought doesn't appear on this list, which is only things I have physically (although 3/4s of this list is things I bought physical copies of through Bandcamp).

The last two records on my list I don't actually have yet, since the efficiency expert decided that LP mailers from Atlanta to Seattle that used to take under a week should now take at least three. Super pumped to have those stone cold classics on LP after all these years though.

The one cool thing that did happen is for the first time in my years as a record hound, I have a credit on an actual, physical LP. So that's neat.
