Voltage checks

I completed my stereomour and it passed all the resistance checks. I've been testing the voltages and a few that were supposed to be zero are reading in the mili Volts. I'm wondering if these are within tolerance or should it read precisely 0. If they should I will post the voltages. Thanks in advance for any help.

With a kit that has voltages that go as high as 400V, seeing something like 50mV, which is 0.050V, is plenty close to 0V.
