voltage check

hello, i just installed speedball upgrade. all voltage checks are good except the last check at hp jack. it reads 0, never went to 9. tubes are lit, all leds are lit. i have done the hp jack mod. is it ok?

I think that's correct with the hp jack mod but let's wait till someone in house chimes in.

Yes, that voltage spike never appears with the Jack mod.
