Unreadable documentation (?)

Hey, this very sexy kit arrived yesterday, and the enclosed CD contains the files

% ls -l /Volumes/S.E.X.\ Manual
total 169396
-rwxrwxrwx  1 troy  staff  86309888 Jan 20  2006 SEXmanual1-20-06.pub
-rwxrwxrwx  1 troy  staff    418816 Nov 21  2004 woodbase.pub

Which acrobat can't read.  Looks like these are Microsoft Publisher files.  Anybody know what's up?
