Hi All,
A funny issue happened with my C2A the other day. I started it and there was a LOUD hum straight away and the shunt tubes also started to turn a bit blue.. Fiddling around, I see the plastic center cap of the signal tube had broken off and was wedged in the socket!! Have never seen anything like this before
Attaching a few pics for fun.. Anyways I dug out the plastic trapped and replaced the tube and it is back to good music once again..
