Stereomour II Outside Foil Cap Alignment Question

I'm putting Jupiters into my Stereomour II and see notations on the caps for outside foil.  I found posts discussing this on the Stereomour, but the connections are different.  PJ says that outside foil (OF) should go to source. So for the Stereomour II, could someone please verify if I got this right?

3.3uF  1U (OF) to 21U
        20U (OF) to 40U

0.1uF  4U (OF) to 7U
        14U to 17U (OF)

I also have a pair of 0.47uF Mundorf Silver Oils for my Eros, but they have no identifier.  Can they go in any way?

The Mundorf Supreme range are series wound so there is no outer foil as such.

Looks to me like "0.1uF  4U (OF) to 7U" needs to be "0.1uF  4U to 7U (OF)" instead.

Thanks for the response gstitt.  The reason I went my direction was that the caps at 4U and 17U are connected to the 2a3, as are the caps at 1U and 20U. But I wouldn't put my 2 cents up that I'm right.

Yes, 4U and 17U are 2A3 connections. If we want outside foil connected on the source side, then that would be on the 12AT7 connections, which are at 7U and 14U. So, on second thought that would be:

0.1uF  4U to 7U(OF)
          14U(OF) to 17U

Okay, now I get it (I think).  So it's input (source) --->12AT7 --->2A3 --->output (speakers).  So you are correct, thus:

3.3uF  1U (OF) to 21U
          20U (OF) to 40U

0.1uF  4U to 7U (OF)
          14U (OF) to 17U

Those caps are 1.5uF, but should be 3.3uF. Do they work?

Sam, just saw this.  In another thread, where the builder was considering a 4.7uF ClarityCap, PJ discussed the "best" capacitance for the Steromour II:

In theory (which assumes an 8 ohm resistive load in the deep bass 10Hz-40Hz) region, the larger cap will improve the extension but reduce the available power in the deep bass region. My nominal optimum, which is my take on the best compromise, would be 2.5uF. But anything from half to twice that is pretty reasonable - the effects are modest enough that listening is a better guide than theory ...

I went with the 1.5uF because I was experimenting with cap upgrades in my Eros and Stereomour II, plus I have a Seduction.  So I put a 0.47uF Mundorf Silver Oil in the Eros and then the 1.5uF Jupiter in the Stereomour.  The Jupiters made an immediate improvement, but I'd still like to experiment with a 2.2uF or 3.3uF.  Seems like I had more bass with the 3.3uF Solens.  If I go with the higher value Jupiters, I may move the 1.5uF to the Eros, and put the 0.47uF Mundorfs in the Seduction.  All good fun, but capacitor break-in kinda messes with the mind/ears.
