Speedball upgrade performed by Bottlehead

Is it possible to send my crack amp in to Bottlehead and have their techs perform the speedball upgrade? If so, how much is this service? I emailed someone at bottlehead about 10 days ago but never received a response.

Bottlehead was closed by the unusual snow storm that hit their area.  That put them behind.
