Speedball problem. (240v)

Crack worked fine.

Built and installed Speedball
Problem: volts on terminals 1 & 5 about zero, rather than 75-90v.
One LED on each smaller PCB not illuminated. (D1)

Other voltages ok

I can't see anything obvious.
Can anyone with a greater understanding of the circuitry focus my investigation?

Start by making sure you have the right transistors in the right places.

Fixed.

The supplied MJE350s don't have a visible "metalic face". I had them reversed.

PS I think an analogue Volt Meter might have some advantages. My DVM "flashed" up to 21v on the headphone jack test. (Changes so fast difficult to read)
PPS(I would have replied earlier, but I couldn't take my headphones off - stunning!)
