TLDR:
Speedball 1.1 large board voltages out of bounds and 2 leds do not light up:
LEDs nearest Q1A do not light up.

Also, my voltages from the large board voltage check:
OA 1.45
OB 115
G 0V
B+ 195V
--------------------
From the manual I understand these should be:
OA 75-100V
OB 75-100V
G 0V
B+ 170-195V
--------------------
Long version:
Starting with a functioning Crack, followed the Speedball through to installation of the small board first, stopped at "You can resume use of your Crack at this time and listen to the benefits of the upgrade, or you can continue and complete the second half of the kit." Used it for a while, sounds great, all measurements within bounds.
Assembled the Large board. Removed the 2 Crack build 3KΩ 10W resistors, installed the board. Resistance check was inconclusive, my multimeter showed OL on OA and OB. So I removed the large board and reinstalled the 3KΩ 10W resistors. Retested. All checks passed, and I used the amp for a while.
Made another attempt this time assuming that OL means infinite resistance and therefore assuming the resistance checks passed. Moving on to the voltage checks, I noticed the leds were not lighting up and the voltages are incorrect.
Thanks for your help!
