Smoke before voltage tests

Hi guys!

If I plug power on the transformer will start to smell and smoke. Leds doesn't light up either but tubes will glow. All the resistance checks did pass.
I did try to solder all the questionable joints once again but problem still continues.

I tried to get several pics so you can see my soldering.

I'm living in Finland and incoming voltage is 230V.

The 4007s on the outboard side of the terminal strip are reversed.

One should have
a banded lead pointing to 19 and unbanded to 20
and
unbanded lead pointing to 19 and banded to 21.

You have
an unbanded lead pointing to 19 and banded pointed to 20
banded lead pointing to 19 and unbanded pointed to 21

Review pages 38 and 39 in the manual.

Oh my...

I now changed those 4007s as it is in manual. Did the resistance check and those passed once again.
Tried once again with power on: leds started just like my hope but then transformer started to smoke and leds went off with my hope.

Just to be sure, you can remove the wire that connects to terminal 11 on the power transformer, then do a glow test on the amp and see if anything is getting warm.

I removed the wire and did the test. Both tubes will start to glow and after a minute the power transformer will start to smoke and smell.

I already ordered a new power transformer and now waiting that to arrive.
