I noticed that the SEX 4.0 has its power switch reversed as compared to my SEX 2.0, original EROS, and the Moreplay. I did a double take and rechecked the manual and sure enough it is opposite of the other kits. Is there a specific reason for this? I am considering flipping the orientation to make it inline with the other BH gear I have, but wanted to double check to make sure I am not missing something. Thanks!

You could certainly flip it around if you'd like, it doesn't make any difference for the build. I appreciated in some of the designs that the switch sits sideways so we don't have to think about it when writing the manual

Fwiw my Sex3 power switch is backwards from everything else I have and it bugs me. I doubt that it was in the instructions - I suspect I was just not paying attention. I'll eventually turn it around. Many decades ago I was taught in a high school electronics class that switches on vertical faces are up for on, down for off, presumably so that if anything fell on it, it would turn off instead of on. I follow that same "up" for on convention on the horizontal faces then too. Not sure how legit that is, but it works with my muscle memory!
