Finished up all the other voltages and they are within expected ranges. Last measurement - on H4 and H7 read minus 3.1. H2 & H5 read plus 3.1 ( p 61 ). Don't know if the +/- in the manual means that or not.

Yes, you have a total of 6.2V there, which is what's desired to heat the 6.3V heater on the tube.
