Rustling and hum in Crack

Hi guys,

I've had my crack built for a month. I started with a problem in one of my channels, referenced in this the thread found here:
http://www.bottlehead.com/smf/index.php/topic,3880.msg35338.html#msg35338

It started with a crackling in my left channel, but now the crackling has gotten worse and is in both channels. I thought it might be a tube or both tubes so I ordered and swapped them both out. Problem persists. Tapping on the case, or even my desk makes the rustling worse/appear. There is also a low hum that I've recently noticed. So, I think it might be a joint.
However, how can I spot bad joints? Or what should I do to fix bad joints? Nothing looks, shaky or loose when I am looking at the joints so I don't even know what I am looking for. Finally, what does it mean to re-flow the joints?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated on how to fix and find this problem!

Just reheat all of the joints until the solder liquifies. That's reflowing.
