before somebody says "what about Smack?" - we are working on the production prototype right now, which is the one that is photographed for the assembly manual. That will be done some time next week and we ought to be ready to start shipping when the new impedance switching PC boards show up, in maybe 8 to 10 days.

Been listening to the show prototype Smack in our now completed headphone listening station, which is fed from the server and DAC we had at the show. I am pretty proud of this amp, seems to dig down to a whole new level resolution-wise.

We will consider it. There are a few factors involved in what goes on sale. In case of Smack it was simply to get more folks on board while we take a little bit longer than planned get the final bits wrapped up and the kit shipping. With Crack and S.E.X. we had a certain amount of inventory on the shelf that we could move right after the sale ended. I think we are waiting for some power transformers for Seduction, and maybe we can run a sale once those arrive.

Is it "Fall Pledge" time?  My favorite station is a user supported Bluegrass station (Atlanta has 5 million people and no Bluegrass station, Knoxville has 250,000 people and has one!).

OK, I checked inventory. Don't have enough in stock at the moment for a big sale drive. Ok Doc, enough with the conspiracy already ...  I purchased Crack a few months back, then Seduction and FPIII a couple months ago.  So I missed out on the offers for both Crack and Seduction.  Making FPIII the next sale kit would just be cruel

It works that way with me and Parts ConneXion.  They always have a sale on, till I need to order something.  I wait for the sale to come, it doesn't so I order.  Then the sale is there.

Well, atleast PC had a 20% off sale going when I ordered some parts for the Seduction and FPIII build.  Also found a pretty nice deal on a second table when I was waiting on Seduction. So, I guess I made out better than usual that way.  So, I cant complain.
