Resistance check on Eros2 Phono [resolved]

Greetings - just finished assembly of my Eros2 and have an issue found during the resistance check. The center pins on both left/right inputs and outputs read as open circuits. Measuring directly across the 475 and 47.5 ohm resistors also reads open. I've removed the leads from the center pins and the resistors still read open. Are these parts prone to damage from overheating? I'm experienced at soldering so I don't think I over cooked all 4 of them. Checking in to see how best to proceed. All (4) parts are reading open directly across their leads. Thanks much in advance

What meter are you using? This is most likely a meter problem rather than a resistor problem. In close to 30 years of doing this, I haven't ever come across a dead 47K resistor at the input of a phono preamp.

Klein MM300. After reading your response I tried reading across some other resistors in a couple locations and they read open as well - maybe change batteries in the meter? All the ground bus checks read 0 ohms as they should.

The Klein is a pretty terrible meter unless you're a home electrician doing a lot of 120V/240V work. The meter that's around $20-30 at Harbor Freight will resolve resistances and small AC voltages properly, and there are a zillion of them on Amazon that are also much better than the Klein for a lot less money.
