Replacing toggle switch on 240v Mainline with 6A125VAC?

When I moved to my new place, the movers broke the on/off switch on my Mainline.
I ordered a replacement toggle online, but noticed that it wasn't 120-240VAC like the original toggle.
Is it safe to use this toggle on a 240V Mainline?
If not, I will have to make a $40, 4-5 hour roundtrip visit to the electronics market in Seoul that will most likely have a 240VAC switch.

A 240v switch is safe on lower voltages, but a 120V switch may arc shut on 240V.

Do be aware that if that little bit of foil sticking out hits the empty lug on that power switch, your fuse is likely to blow.

Thank you for the response. Pretty much what I expected.
I haven't turned it on, because I was expecting something to possibly explode. I'll tidy up the excess foil and bits once I find a replacement power toggle.
