Replacement for 220 ohm 1/4 watt resistor

Hi,

One of the leads of my 220 watt 1/4 ohm resistors broke (red,red,brown,gold) so I will need to replace it. I know I can order replacements from  bottlehead, but thought this one on Amazon might arrive sooner.

Will this work?

They might arrive sooner, but then again they might not.  They will work and you'll have 199 extras!
