re volume too loud on crack [resolved]

hi ive checked question no 3 about adding resistors to the red and white leads from phono inputs but not sure where i attach the other resistors is there any photos of this as it would really help me understand exactly where to solder them. im looking at my crack from the phono inputs and is it the right hand two sets of lugs and do i solder up and down or across thanks .regards ross

have done the work on volume pot all is well ,sounds great with more useable volume thanks paul im so enjoying my music best wishes ross
