I have the same problem with B6 and T9 having `~150v, checked the wiring, it was good and also the notch on the octal socket faces the front of the amp. Any other problems that might have caused this? I tested it, right driver is the only one working but it plays the left channel.

You can always start a fresh post rather than bringing one back from the dead.

Can you post some build photos? What are the voltages on terminals 1-5?

Sorry about that, my bad, I connected b6 to b2 instead of b5 to b2, it's all good now, thanks!
