Click to expand... I don’t see why not. I did something similar a while back with a DAC stage in a CD player. It worked great.

P Paul Joppa Moderator Sep 22, 2014 #5 How you do it depends on the particular DAC chip; some put out voltage and others put out current. I googled "DAC IV resistor tube" and got a lot of hits that looked relevant. (IV is short for current-to-voltage, if that makes more sense.)
