Question about Moreplay Power Supply

I'm currently building a Moreplay, and I'm taking the time to research and understand what each part of the circuit is doing (I'm a beginner). There's one part so far that I can't figure out. It's part of the power supply...the 22ohm resistor/0.1uf capacitor/UF4007diodes "bundle." What is this doing in the circuit? What's its function in the power supply? Thanks in advance for your help.

These components are used for a small amount of isolation between the power supply ground (audio ground) and the chassis ground (safety ground). This helps prevent noise from getting into the circuit from USB powered DACs and some other devices where odd ground loop noises occur.

The resistor reduces 60Hz hum caused by capacitive coupling between transformer windings and/or by ground loops. It works by isolating the signal ground from the safety ground. The diodes restore the connection if a fault current is excessive. The capacitor bypasses the resistance above the audio band to improve shielding.

Thank you both for the information. So I suppose that this is the "low-impedance ground-lift network to further reduce ground current noise" that's mentioned in the Moreplay manual's section on circuit theory. Based on what you wrote, I was able to find a few good descriptions of how this all works in my reference materials. I'm learning a lot and having a lot of fun. I chose a Bottlehead kit because of your reputation for excellent support. Thanks again.
