Power supply test [resolved]

I am testing my power supply. All readings for 6.3v, B++1, B+1 and B+2 are perfectly within acceptable range. However, B++2 is reading -0.001. I have traced my steps and all seems to be ok.

What am I missing? What should I be looking for?

One 8.2K resistor may need a little more heat/solder on that board.

I hit that resister again AND found that the ground attachment to 40L was loose. Re-soldered and all test numbers are good. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction!
