Potentiometers needed?

Hi,
I installed the DC filament supply board on my Kaiju 300B. I'm very happy with the results.
I'm wondering what the point is for the hum pot and the input potentiometers? Can I bypass either or both now that the upgrade is installed?
How could I do this, and do you feel there is any benefits?

The hum balance control cancels any noise from the regulator. It's probably not audible in most cases, but just in case ... (I had a career at Boeing, back in the days when "suspenders and belt" was the rule. Long ago, I'm afraid.)

You can of course short out the pot (connect all three lugs), leaving the 22-ohm resistors to approximate a center tap - it will get you most of the way.
