Hey Grainger,
Here are my standard poodles, doing what they do best. Except eating of course. Both 10 months and real trouble makers. Belle and Princess are they're actual names but I usually call them plenty of others. I'm sure you know what I mean ;D

Hope this post is OK, I figured it's your corner so.....

John,

Very cool!  They are BIG!  No wonder they are trying to take over.

Killing her stuffed toy, MoMo (the name came from a PetSmart commercial):

She pulls the fluff out of any stuffed toy, then it is ignored.

She is 2/4 Maltese (mom and dad were both 1/2 Maltese), 1/4 Shih-Tzu and 1/4 West Highland Terrier.  Her attitude is 100% Terrier.  We had to cower her soon after we got her.  Now she thinks she is third in command.  The two kittens, which she plows around the floor, are last in line.

Nice dogs - though I still do a double-take when I see a standard poodle. One almost expects a poodle to be this little, yippy thing, perhaps due to the prevalence of the toy variety (and its many crosses, e.g., Schnoodles, Cockapoos, et al, which tend to be little dogs).

My good friend has a couple of grey standards, I've known them since they were pups. When they greet me they stand on their hind legs and put their paws on my shoulders. Great dogs!

Cheers,
Shawn
