Please cancel my order #2364 [Sorry If posted in wrong thread]

Hello,

I had recently placed an order for Crack kit, I would like to cancel it as there are various problems in shipping to my country, India.

Im really sorry If I posted in wrong threads, But I have tried contacting Bottlehead supports since a week. Wrote 7 mails and got no reply, even tried contacting via Head-Fi but in vain, called telephone numerous times in PST and nobody picking it. Says "thanks for calling bottlehead project please leave a message"

My humble request for Mr.Schmalle or any other administrator here,Tube to please CANCEL my order ID #2364 and initiate a refund please.

I am little disappointed, because I got no response from you guys  :(

We were away from the office for the long holiday weekend. Eileen says she has received a single email from you requesting your order cancellation. She will process your refund today.

 
My request has been processed and I have received refund.
